Converted in 2000, The Old Workshop is the smaller of our two bungalows. Fully double-glazed, the all ground floor accommodation offers comfort with modern amenities.

Set in the open courtyard with panoramic views of open countryside to Helman Tor from all windows, you will find The Old Workshop a great place for either a quiet escape, or a safe haven to bring the family of all ages and it is suitable for the partially disabled.

Fully carpeted throughout, The Old Workshop has two bedrooms, one double, and one twin, and each has a wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The open plan kitchen/dinning and living area has a colour TV, DVD, and video player, a folding table and matching chairs, and a fully fitted modern kitchen with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, electric hand mixer, and an abundance of utensils, pots, pans and serving dishes.

A modern fully tiled bathroom with a fitted over bath shower completes our inside tour.

Outside is a small patio area with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ, or in the communal garden where the hot tub is situated there is a large gas BBQ for shared use.

There is off road car parking for two cars.

One small well behaved pet welcome.
